Maison Constanti has been rooted for nearly 100 years in a small valley in the Bearnais Pyrenees: the Barétous Valley. It is there, in the heart of the mountain, that we have our workshops and it is not really a coincidence if the Béret, this hat whose manufacture is Béarnaise, became a chocolate of exception. This makes the Constanti beret the only real handmade Pyrenean chocolate. And we’re proud of it.
