Maison Constanti has been rooted for nearly 100 years in a small valley in the Bearnais Pyrenees: the Barétous Valley.
It is there, in the heart of the mountain, that we have our workshops and it is not really a coincidence if the Béret, this hat whose manufacture is Béarnaise, became a chocolate of exception.
This makes the Constanti beret the only real handmade Pyrenean chocolate. And we are proud of it.
So if you are passing by, come and see us in Lannes en Barétous, Oloron or Pau, you will find all our specialities but also special editions of our beret with exceptional ganaches.
